Ordered in the evening, ready at reception by morning.
Your guest orders from their phone the evening before, in two minutes. At 5 p.m. the combined order goes to the bakery, in the morning the labels go on the bags, and the amount is on the guest’s bill in Camping.care. No notes, no lists, no recalculating.
No booking system? You don’t need one.
The guest states their pitch and pays by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay right when ordering, or in cash at reception. The bakery, labels and daily list all run just as automatically. All you need is a printer and a QR code.
Your campsite software stays. The bread rolls come on top.
The service runs independently, without touching your system: ordering, bakery, labels, till at reception. You get the daily orders as a spreadsheet. If the amount needs to go on your system’s guest bill, we connect it on request.
Campsites already using it to get their rolls baked.
Not a demo, but real order pages in seasonal operation. The range, prices and order deadline are their own. Only guests with a booking there can order, but you’re welcome to look at everything.

Scan, choose, give your booking. Done.
The QR code hangs at reception, at the sanitary building, or is stuck on the pitch card. No app, no account, in the guest’s own language.

Label, bakery e-mail, till, invoice. No extra work.
The printer makes the label
Every order becomes a label with pitch, name, date and contents. Out of the label printer, onto the bag, done. Nothing written by hand, nothing mixed up.
- Exactly as it comes out of the printer: 62 mm wide, as long as the order
- Daily list as a PDF, sorted by pitch
- You decide which details go on the label

The bakery gets an e-mail, not phone calls
At 5 p.m., or whenever you choose, the combined order goes out: varieties and quantities for the next morning. Bookings cancelled afterwards are deducted beforehand. The campsite gets the daily list as a copy.

Till at reception for anyone who drops by
Tap the product, add pitch or name, cash or on the bill. Anyone who asks on the spot in the morning gets a label too. Same list, same bakery e-mail.

The amount is on the guest bill
With Camping.care, every order is booked as a line item on the guest’s bill, at the correct tax rate. The guest pays at checkout, just like everything else. No cash handling, no booking it in later.

7 a.m.: press the button, label the bags.
The label printer sits at reception. One click on “Print labels”, and a label comes off the roll for every order, in pitch order. Stick it on, fill the bag, onto the shelf.

Our recommendation: 62 mm continuous roll, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, cuts every label automatically. Around €200 in stores, and we set it up.
For small campsites: a printer that fits in your pocket, 50 × 30 mm, printing via Bluetooth from your phone.
No new device needed: label sheets from any stationery shop, one sheet per day, from the printer you already have.
Sourdough only on Tuesdays? Configured.
Everything that raises questions day to day is a switch in the system. And whatever you want connected, we connect.
5 p.m. or any other time. After that the delivery day is closed and the bakery e-mail goes out.
Sourdough bread only on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday. Greyed out on other days, with a note.
Bakery holiday, closure: block the day, and the guest sees it when ordering.
Name and booking number are checked live. Long-term campers can use an e-mail address instead of a number, if you want.
Camping.careAs an app in the Camping.care marketplace. Check the booking, book it to the bill, and build the range from your own items.
Card, Apple Pay, Google PayFor campsites without a guest bill. The guest pays when ordering, and the money goes to your account.
Brother QL-820NWB with a continuous roll, Niimbot via phone, or A4 sheets. We’ll tell you what fits.
Every order lands in a Google spreadsheet per delivery day, with totals per item and the split between online and reception.
Shop and e-mails in the guest’s language. Euros or francs, tax rate per country, 2.6% for takeaway in Switzerland.
Confirmations come from your address, with your logo and your colour. Not from us.
Daily orders as a spreadsheet or via an interface to your till or system. Other campsite software on request.
A snippet for WordPress or any other site, or your own order page under your name. Plus a QR code to put up.
Connected
These systems work with the bread roll service today.Named brands belong to their owners; we connect their systems, we don’t sell them. The bread roll service is also a module of our booking platform for campsites.
Every evening at five, a real e-mail goes to a real bakery.
The service doesn’t run in a demo; it has been running in daily use since this season, with real guests, real booking numbers, and a bakery that actually packs the bags every morning.
On many campsites, the bread roll list is the last piece of paper that really matters. That’s exactly what we got rid of.
We set it up, you hang up the QR code.
tentacl.ai builds booking and operating systems for campsites, hotels and holiday rentals. The bread roll service is the smallest part of that, and the fastest: one intake covering every question at once, one day of setup, one test run with a printed label. After that, you reach us directly, no hold queue.

Same-day replies on weekdays. In season we’re also available on Saturdays, with a direct number instead of a hold queue.
The bakery e-mail and daily list are monitored. If one gets stuck, we know before the bakery does.
We don’t rebuild anything. Range, order deadline and payment methods are your decision; we just set them up.
One invoice a year. No fee per roll.
Setup is a one-off, then one package per year. Whether seasonal or year-round is your call, based on your opening times.

From intake to the first label in one day
Intake
One list, every question at once: bakery, range, order deadline, pickup spot, logo, payment methods.
Setup
We set up your campsite, upload the range and photos, and connect Camping.care or card payment.
Test run
You place an order yourself, the label comes out of your printer, and the bakery e-mail goes to you instead of the bakery.
Go-live
Put up the QR code, tell the bakery, add the snippet to your website. It’s running from that evening.

What operators want to know before they start
Do guests need an app or an account?
No. The guest scans the QR code, chooses their bread rolls and confirms with name and booking number. No app, no account, no sign-up. The confirmation arrives by e-mail, with the link to change or cancel.
How do guests pay?
Via the guest bill in Camping.care, by card, Apple Pay and Google Pay right when ordering, or in cash at reception. You decide which ways apply at your campsite.
What does it cost?
A one-off €199 setup fee, which includes use through the end of the season in your starting year. After that, €333 per season from April to September, or €444 per year for campsites open all year. One invoice a year, no monthly billing, no fee per order. All prices are net.
We don’t have Camping.care. Does it still work?
Yes. Without campsite software, guests pay by card or in cash and state their pitch. We connect other campsite software on request. The service runs fully even without integration, with the bakery e-mail, labels and till.
What about our bakery?
It stays your bakery. It gets an e-mail every evening with varieties and quantities for the next morning, in their order. That’s all it needs to do. If your bakery has photos of its baked goods, we add them to the range.
We’re in Switzerland or Austria.
Francs or euros, tax rate per country and per item, 2.6% for takeaway baked goods in Switzerland. The first Swiss campsite has been running since this season.
What happens outside the season?
With the season package, the service pauses from October to March, at no cost. The range and settings are kept, and it picks back up in April without any new setup.
Start this season, or on April 1.
Starting now means the rest of this season is included in setup. The first package invoice arrives next year.
