You do. Guest records, consents and booking history sit in your own tenant on servers in Germany and can be fully exported at any time. Even if you leave one day.

Six to ten weeks. Existing bookings are carried over, and the guest won't notice the switch except for a better booking page. For 2027 founding customers: go-live by March 15, otherwise no license fee until launch.
Because it makes no difference to us. A business with a thousand units costs us no more work than one with fifty — the same software, the same support. So you pay for what you want the system to do. If you only want to digitize the front desk, that's all you pay for.
