The Community edition has no license cost, the source code is open, and there's a ready-made module for almost every business process: accounting, sales, purchasing, inventory, manufacturing, projects, HR, point of sale. For you, that means we don't build accounting from scratch — we adapt a proven system and put the AI agents on top.
Compared to enterprise systems like SAP or Microsoft Dynamics, implementation takes weeks instead of months. Compared to pure cloud accounting tools like sevDesk or lexoffice, you get inventory, orders, point of sale and HR in the same system, with no limit on companies, users or receipts. Compared to Odoo straight from the vendor, we run the system on German servers, speak German, know SKR03 and DATEV, and deliver the AI layer the vendor doesn't offer.

Yes. Customers, vendors, products, open items and booking history are migrated from Excel, DATEV or your old system. For booking data, we check account balances and open items against the old system before it goes live.
