The campsite already had an online booking system and replaced it anyway. Guests now choose their pitch directly on the site map. Tourist tax, guest registration, cash register and bank reconciliation all run in the same system. Bookings for the 2027 season go through it.

What you should know.

What does a project with tentacl.ai cost?
The consultation is free and non-binding. A typical implementation project runs between €8,000 and €30,000 one-time, depending on how many processes need automating. On top of that come monthly hosting and maintenance costs starting at €99 per month. The exact cost depends on your process setup and is calculated transparently in the initial conversation. There are no license costs for the ERP system – Odoo Community is open source.
How long does the rollout take?
Initial conversation and requirements analysis: 1–2 weeks. Building the base system with your master data: 2–4 weeks. AI agents for the first processes: 2–3 weeks per process. Overall, you're typically productive 6–12 weeks after the project starts. Further agents and automations are added continuously after that – the system grows with you.
Which workflows can be automated?
Typical examples: capturing orders from emails, invoicing and dispatch, inventory upkeep with automatic reordering, receipt bookkeeping with OCR and account coding, first-level customer support, CRM upkeep with lead qualification, and HR topics like vacation and travel expense requests. The principle: if a process is manually “clicked through” today and follows a clear logic, an AI agent can take it over.
Is tentacl.ai GDPR-compliant?
Yes. All systems run on German servers at Hetzner (Falkenstein). Data never leaves the EU economic area. A data processing agreement (DPA) can be signed on request. The AI agents use Anthropic Claude via the AWS EU endpoint – here too, data stays in the EU. You keep full control at all times: which data an agent may see is configured per process.
What company size is tentacl.ai suited for?
The sweet spot is 5 to 100 employees – classic German SMBs. For smaller companies, the effort is often too high relative to the time saved. Larger companies (200+ employees) usually have their own IT departments and larger ERP systems already in place, where the AI agents can then be integrated as a complement. tentacl is industry-neutral – retail, service providers, manufacturing and real estate are typical.
Which ERP system is used?
tentacl uses Odoo 18 as its ERP core – an established open-source system with over 7 million users worldwide. Odoo covers CRM, accounting, inventory, purchasing, HR and more. The AI agents are built as an additional layer on top. If you're already using a different ERP (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, Lexware), an integration is possible instead of a full switch.
